Hugh MacLeod’s “Blog as if your life depended on it (for the next three months, anyway)” is worth a read. Applicable here as well – I’ve been at this for about three months now, and just like Tom Peters, I can see myself slowing down. It’s not because I particularly want to slow down – I’ve just grown so busy lately, as a direct result of my blog. More on this later, but for now I’ll say this – if you don’t have a blog yet, get one. Quit thinking of it as an online journal. Think of it as an opportunity engine. Fire it up, and the opportunities will come.
UPDATE: If you’re looking for reading material, you could do a lot worse than the series Seth Goldstein’s got planned for this week, starting today. By the time he’s done over there, I’ll likely have more to say here.
