Ghostery looks great. But you might want to try another firefox based extension: WASP

It identifies more than 100 tools, including behaviour targeting, ad networks and testing tools.

Looks like some major ad networks and behavioral firms are missing actually. It looks to be more focused on Analytics than much else.
